Our happy place is anywhere near the water, whether it is the beach or a lake or a river… Both kids love to swim and even when it is too cold for that, the effect of a day spend near the water is so so good.
My parents live at the seaside so whenever the weather is good, you can find us there often to escape from our everyday life. My husband and I we love to live life to the fullest, do as much as we can (the fear of missing out is real, folks), but to fully enjoy those moments we need to step back sometimes and just be.
